Alexandros Constantinou, MCSI
Director of MAP S.Platis and MAP FinTech

Alexandros Constantinou is a Director and the Head of Compliance Services and Research Department of MAP S.Platis and Director of MAP FinTech. Alexandros joined MAP S.Platis in 2008 and since then he has led and developed the compliance support services and regulatory research division of the firm. His work involves, inter alia, the provision of consultation and opinions to a large number of internationally-active financial services companies on legislative matters such as MiFID, MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR, AMLD 4/5, AIFMD, UCITS, PRIIPs/KIDs, Market Abuse, Transparency, Prospectus, and PSD II. He frequently contributes to the advancement of local and European regulation and acts as an instructor and speaker at numerous seminars, training courses, and other events on regulatory and compliance matters. Alexandros is an MCSI member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and holds an Advanced Certification from the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Reading (UK) and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh (UK).


 

Graham Levi-Samper
Associate Director of Complyport

Graham leads the client services team at Complyport. He has an extensive compliance background having spent over 13 years providing consultative services to authorised firms of varying sizes in a range of Financial Services sectors. Graham has been involved in and taken the lead in multiple FSA/FCA applications, general projects, conducting client reviews, and work of a more bespoke and specialist nature. Graham uses his previous industry and consulting experience to provide practical regulatory guidance and support both to a wide range of clients which include brokers, inwardly passported bank branches, fund operators and administrators, fund managers, private wealth managers, private equity and corporate finance firms as well as to other members of the team. Prior to embarking on his consultancy career, Graham studied for three years at Swansea University, completing a law degree and subsequently going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law, for which he received a Pass with Commendation. Graham holds the Diploma in Regulation and Compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and is looking to complete the two further modules of this diploma in order to qualify for the Diploma in Investment Compliance.
